| GOOD NEWS: Winter Heating Bills Down Home heating costs continue to go down as a result of cheaper natural gas. PSE&G lowered bills for the ninth time since January 2009, when wholesale prices started to drop. The savings amounts to more than $600 a year for the typical residential customer.
